The oven works in a simple and direct way: the film just printed by the DTF printer enters the oven, where a powder shaker system distributes the hot melt powder evenly and dries it quickly.
To avoid powder waste and unpleasant fumes escaping, the oven performs automatic powder recirculation and has an integrated fume extractor.
This system is also equipped with a powder absence sensor, which alerts you when the hot melt powder is about to run out and stops curing to prevent damage to your fabric prints.
You can start and manage everything from the convenient touch screen, which displays all the parameters of the process in progress.
